New year, new promises, new start! We are still in covid19 restrictions but if anything last year proved people still need to buy and sell houses and covid19 won't and can't put everyone in hold when it comes to housing. I just talked to several clients and prospects and they are pretty much saying the same: they love the current market, they love the value but where to move next? Well, I have story for you. I sold a house where the seller was estimating their home value $25,000 less what I thought the house was worth based on my extensive research. Anyhow I convinced them to list at my price and we sold still higher than that! Do not settle with an agent who just want to do a quick sale. Get an agent who belives and knows the product (house, condo, townhouse, farm, ranch etc). I love the products what I am selling and that's why I can deliver unbeliavable results. Thinking to sell?
