My latest transaction resulted in $25,000 more to my sellers compared to another house in the neighborhood. The 2 closings were exactly one week from each other. Exactly same model, both finished basement, deck, open layout, yard etc. Why do I share this? Because when you use me, you NEVER leave money on the table. Agents are saying changing market, economy predictions etc. Cable news can create worry for sure. Bottom line your house is not a cupcake (I love cupcakes by the way. Nothing against them...) and should not be treated as a quick sale. Real estate is probably one of the biggest investments and purchases for many. As a realtor of 7+ years working on behalf of my client’s best interest I will ALWAYS aim for the most for you. You need a listing agent who is in your court, knows the market and works hard. Christmas time is about believing. You know your house the most. I believe in the product (real estate), I know the value, I have experience and I always put my clients first. So happy for my sellers to get $25,000 more as they believed in me. What a nice gift walking away with $25,000 more, isn't it?
